Last Sunday we had a lovely visit from our good friends Barbara and Peter Dennison.
We hadn't seen The Dennisons for a long time and there was much to catch up on. Barbara and Peter have become grandparents since we saw them last and of course we've become parents so there was much exchanging of photographs and stories.
I used to work with Barbara at Children's Hospital Westmead. Barbara was great to work with - full of technical knowledge and practical tips. But best of all Barbara and I just really clicked. Both Peter and Barbara have a lovely vibe about them and it's always so nice to be around them.
Ben thought they were pretty good too - especially when they gave him his first genuine hand made NZ wooden toy (the Dennisons are Kiwis). Here he is with his new Mary Lou Toy. We're sure it'll be a favourite.
